Ages 5 and up at any level of experience, even beginners or no experience, are welcome.
Please review the rehearsal schedule for specific times and dates. Most rehearsals will be within the time frame of 5-9pm on Mondays, 3-8pm on Fridays or 9am-4pm on Saturdays. Different groups/parts will be assigned different days and times. Some dancers will be called once a week, depending on part(s). Most rehearsals will begin in September with a possibility of starting main characters and big groups in August. (We have to work around many groups and activities for practice and available space.) Not everyone will be called for a rehearsal each week. Most dancers will only be called for one or two hours a week.
Please list any conflicts that might fall on a rehearsal day and time. If you are not able to attend a time frame on a rehearsal day (such as a dance class from 6-7pm Monday but could come from 7-9pm) or not able to attend on a certain date at all, indicate that in conflicts.

Audition Attire
- Girls/Women: Leotard and ballet slippers & pointe shoes (for pointe audition) or tight fitting clothing and non-slip socks
- Boys/Men: T-shirt and sweats are fine
Nutcracker Week: December 8-13
Shows: December 12 & 13
If multiple family members are auditioning, please fill out a separate form for each dancer planning to audition.
Rehearsal Schedule: Most dancers starting in September
- Monday: within the time frame of 5-9pm
- Friday: within the time frame of 3-8pm
- Saturdays: within the time frame of 9am-4pm

- November 1: Combined All of Act 1
- Possibly put full Act 1 together with a photoshoot in costume

- November 17: Regular rehearsal
- November 19, 20: Possible rehearsals
- November 24: Load into theater, Combined Full show rehearsal Act 1 & Act 2 (on stage)

- December 5: Tech day to finish up spacing and lighting groups/or run of Show
- December 6: Combined Full show rehearsal in costume Act 1 & Act 2, with a photoshoot for a few dancers
Show Week
I understand that some studios also have shows this week, this is why I do 2 dress rehearsals. If you need to miss one rehearsal, you can still make it to the other one. I am flexible to work with just communicate with me what is needed.
- Monday, December 8: Lighting rehearsal, cue to cue no dancers
- Tuesday, December 9: Dress rehearsal 1: Full run in costume
- Wednesday, December 10: Dress rehearsal 2: Full run in costume
- Thursday, December 11: Act 1 matinees for schools and final dress rehearsal for Act 2 - LONG DAY!!
We will have two matinee performances for schools on December 11th at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Act 1 only. Call time will be at 9 AM. We will have a lunch break between school showings and a long dinner break before the evening final rehearsal Act 2.
- Friday, December 12: One showing - Evening full show @ 7:00 PM
- Saturday, December 13: Two showings - We will have a full matinee performance @ 1:00 PM. We will have a dinner break before the evening show/closing night. Evening full show @ 7:00 PM
Cast Party: January 9th, 6:00 PM in Auditorium
